Use Your Computer with uVOIPit!
Use your computer to make PC to Phone calls from any country in the world! All it requires is a Internet connection and the software below. Easy as that!
Setup Xlite
Download the Xlite application from here. After installing it, the interface should look like this:
Click on the arrow at the top, then navigate to 'SIP Settings'. Go to 'Add'.
You can enter your SIP details as shown below. The details are available to you in your account area.
Enter the following information into Xlite settings:
Display Name : Your Account Number ( Located in your account area under "SIP" Option. )
User Name : Your Account Number ( Located in your account area under "SIP" Option. )
Password : 10 Digit Password ( Located in your account area under "SIP" Option. )
Authorization User Name : Your Account Number ( Located in your account area under "SIP" Option. )
Domain : uvoipit.com
Check the box for "Register with domain and receive incoming calls"
Click 'Apply'. Xlite will register with your information to uVOIPit. You are ready to make a call!
To dial a phone number, use this format:
Country Code + City Code + Phone number
For example if you want to call India (country code 91) for Delhi (city code 11) you must dial 9111 and then phone number.
